What brands do you carry?

We can provide you with almost any name brand garmet. You can look through our online catalog to see a wide selection of wearables that we can print on for you. If you don't see it, ask for it.


How do I get you my artwork?

Artwork can be sent to us by email. File formats can be from almost any graphic program but for the best results a vector based format should be used.  The higher quality of artwork the better it will look on a shirt.  There is no charge for art work if you supply us with color separated vectored art with no changes.


After I send you my artwork, how will I know how it will look on a shirt?

We will email you back a proof for you to edit, proofread and approve before printing begins.  


Can I get a sample?

Sure. If your order is sizable, 100 shirts or more, we'll gladly provide a sample for free. Mutilple color jobs may incur a charge   If your order isn't at least 100 shirts we can still provide a sample but we will have to charge you for it.


What's your minimum order size?

12 pieces is our minimum when it comes to wearables.  Anything less starts to become pretty expensive to screen, but if you want less than 12, ask us and we'll let you know a price.  Specialty printing (cups, pens, cozies) varies on minimums.  Just let us know what you are looking for.


Can you print my design on other places of the shirt other then the typical chest print?

Yes.  We've done the up high, off to one side and the waist print off to one side.  Let us know if this is what you want.


What is your return policy?

We cannot accept any returns for apparel once your logo is approved and your items are decorated.  If there's a problem with the merchandise, we'll work with you to resolve the problem.


What colors work best for screen printing?

Solid colors always work best.  The more colors your logo has in it, the more expensive your setup and printing will be.


I would like embroidery on my shirt or hat instead of screen printing?

Great, we do that too! Super fine logos may not work well.  We will need to have your logo digitized which an additional costs but after the initial digitizing, we dont have any reset fees if you have us embroidery something again.  Embroidery prices are based on how many stitches your design requires. We will be happy to quote this work after we see the art work.



Orders may also be picked up anytime at your convenience even after hours with prior arrangements.  Our local customers may have their shirts hand delivered based on my print schedule and availability.  Customers outside of our delivery radius will receive their orders by UPS or other arrangements can be made.  We will ship anywhere within the 50 states.  Shipping usually takes anywhere from 1 to 6 days so if you need your shirts immediately, please let us know.  We do not charge for hand delivering shirts.  We feel that is just part of doing business and good customer service.  If we need to ship your shirts UPS, the cost of this shipping will be reflected on your invoice.
